25 days in and I’m only down 2.6lbs. It would be really easy to give up right about now, but I am not going to. Instead, I am going to acknowledge what I did wrong and fix it!
My goals for this upcoming week:
- NO sodas (I had a few this week)
- Workout EVERY single day (I skipped a day this week due to being sick)
- Drink more water
- Track my food in My Fitness Pal
Things I did good this week- I need to be positive as well!
- Worked out 5 out of the 6 days I was supposed to
- Did not GAIN weight
- Did not weigh myself every day
Although I did not lose any more weight, I can tell that my body is changing. My clothes fit a little different and I can feel my arm and leg muscles more defined. I just {feel} better!
Monday starts my first day of Week 5 and Phase 2!!! Holy cow this is really flying by! I hope to see much more weight loss and inch loss in the coming weeks! I am finally going to measure myself this weekend and start tracking that as well. (I know I said that a couple weeks ago, I just haven’t gotten a tape measure yet…LOL)
