Last Friday: 203.6 lbs
Today: 204.6 lbs
Change: +1 lb
Even though I can tell my body is changing, I am *really* struggling with the fact that I am gaining weight, not losing it. I gained ONE full pound this past week. I know it is just a number and shouldn’t bother me this much, but it really does.
So, let’s review my goals for this week-
My goals for this upcoming week:
- NO sodas (I had a few this week)----- I ended up having 4 sodas this week L
- Workout EVERY single day (I skipped a day this week due to being sick)- DONE
- Drink more water- DONE
- Track my food in My Fitness Pal- DONE
So, goal wise I did pretty well! If I could just give up the sodas, I would be doing much better.
as long as you keep exercising- everything else will happen also..your busy- dont beat yourself up.could you pick up some fruit for snack..what are you snacking on? i never feel like eating fruit but when i do- it taste so good. sodas- can you get diet sodas?
