Every little bit helps

That’s right, every little bit helps and counts! Friday weigh-in showed I lost .4lbs this week. I am getting closer and closer to being under 200lbs again! This week, I pushed myself harder on my workouts and have been really sore, but I know it is working.
Last week’s weigh-in: 202.0
Today’s weigh-in: 101.6
A week and a half left before I take measurements again and I know that I will see inch loss! The pants I wear to work are SUPER loose, but the other pants I have are still tight, so I cannot move to that size yet. They are the same brand name, but different styles, so I guess they are made differently.
I am now 47 days in- that is over halfway!!!  I will call this Round 1 of the 90 day workout program. After this, I will add cardio to each workout I do to keep seeing results.
My focus for this week: DRINK MORE WATER!!!

F-I-N-A-L-L-Y

Yes, FINALLY!!!   My Friday morning weigh-in went very well today!!! I lost 2.8lbs this week!
Last Friday’s weigh – in: 204.8
Today’s weigh-in: 202.0
It is awesome to see the scale go down as well as feel my clothes fit better!! I know I am getting stronger, I feel it with every workout. I am able to push myself further each time and that is a great feeling!
Now I cannot wait to get myself measured again in 2 weeks to see those results! I am getting addicted to working out and know I will not stop once this program is over. Instead, I will just pick a random DVD each day and pop it in for a workout!
40 days in, 50 to go to complete the first 90 days!!!

Struggling

Weigh-In Friday:
Last Friday:  203.6 lbs
Today:  204.6 lbs
Change: +1 lb

Even though I can tell my body is changing, I am *really* struggling with the fact that I am gaining weight, not losing it. I gained ONE full pound this past week.  I know it is just a number and shouldn’t bother me this much, but it really does.

So, let’s review my goals for this week-
My goals for this upcoming week:
-          NO sodas (I had a few this week)----- I ended up having 4 sodas this week L
-          Workout EVERY single day (I skipped a day this week due to being sick)- DONE
-          Drink more water- DONE
-          Track my food in My Fitness Pal- DONE

So, goal wise I did pretty well! If I could just give up the sodas, I would be doing much better.

Stronger

I feel A-Maz-Ing after my workout tonight! One of the last things in the last circuit was a move I could only do halfway on Tuesday and tonight I pushed all the way and did it!!! WOO HOO that feels great! I can't believe I really am getting this much Stronger.

I SURVIVED!!! Now, on to the measurements {Finally}

Yup, I survived Day 29---- day 1 of Phase 2! It was very difficult and I was drenched in sweat halfway through, but I made it!!! I feel so accomplished right now, but so tired!

Anyone wanna trade bodies for a day?

Ok, now thanks to my lovely sister, I have {finally} measured myself!

Here is the Dirty Truth:

Upper Arms:
R- 13"
L- 14"

Bust: 40"

Waist: 44.25"

Hips: 52"

Thighs:
R- 30"
L- 29.5"


What an eye opener that was...almost depressing. BUT, I am looking forward to getting measured again once I have completed phase 2 in 4 weeks. Can't wait to compare and see the difference!

Phase 2 begins today

Yup, that's right- Phase TWO begins today!!! To be completely honest, I am terrified of what tonight's workout might bring... LOL. I know I will do it, just scared of the unknown I guess.

Weigh- in Friday...

25 days in and I’m only down 2.6lbs. It would be really easy to give up right about now, but I am not going to. Instead, I am going to acknowledge what I did wrong and fix it!
My goals for this upcoming week:
-          NO sodas (I had a few this week)
-          Workout EVERY single day (I skipped a day this week due to being sick)
-          Drink more water
-          Track my food in My Fitness Pal
Things I did good this week- I need to be positive as well!
-          Worked out 5 out of the 6 days I was supposed to
-          Did not GAIN weight
-          Did not weigh myself every day

Although I did not lose any more weight, I can tell that my body is changing. My clothes fit a little different and I can feel my arm and leg muscles more defined. I just {feel} better!
Monday starts my first day of Week 5 and Phase 2!!! Holy cow this is really flying by! I hope to see much more weight loss and inch loss in the coming weeks! I am finally going to measure myself this weekend and start tracking that as well. (I know I said that a couple weeks ago, I just haven’t gotten a tape measure yet…LOL)
